Quality Assurance Engineer

Mission

Responsible for contributing to the identification, structuring and establishment of the necessary documentation related to processes and procedures carried out in the ground segment of the company 

Responsibilities

• Document all operations carried out in the company's test and launch infrastructures (rocket engine test benches, launch ramp and other test benches).  
• In charge of developing and maintaining the process and procedure manuals of PLD Space's ground operations. 
• Develop the maintenance plans of the Teruel plant, the test benches and the launch ramp.  
• Help integrate and document the manufacturing and assembly processes and manuals of the company's facilities and test benches.  
• Assist designers in the documentation tasks of projects and machines developed in the ground segment. 
  
  

Required Knowledge

• Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Degree in Industrial Organization, Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 
• Experience of more than 2 years in Consolidation Systems of industrial processes. 
• Experience in writing process and maintenance manuals.  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office. 
• Advanced knowledge in fluid, machine and mechanism installations.  
• Experience in fieldwork.

• Experience in commissioning industrial facilities. 
• Experience in designing machines or industrial facilities.  
• Experience in aeronautical or space equipment or facilities for testing or integration. 
• Knowledge and proven experience of handling cryogenic and combustible fluids.  
• Knowledge and proven experience in gas handling and high pressure equipment. 
• Experience in test methods and validation of industrial infrastructures. 
• Proven experience in 3D design with Siemens NX. 
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the environment
