Mission
- Senior management role that provides the right information at the right time to support business execution including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business plan.
- Supports Management control staff with financial information and analysis explaining significant deviations between actual results and budget.
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing and create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Liaising closely with the Company's external auditors in the audit of the year-end accounts together with providing supporting schedules required by them.
- Ensuring that tax declarations are submitted on time and paid within the required time limits.
- Manage small financing and grants.
Responsibilities
- Management of the finance control team, providing any technical support as needed and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial reports, planning and analysis (Budget, Forecast, business plan..).
- Collaborate with the management control to creating the budget, including incorporating historical data.
- Local and International Tax.
- Audit and internal control.
- Consolidation and subsidiaries management.
- Financial SI and ERP management.
- Fundraising support.
- Research and manage fundings opportunities including grants.
Necessary Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting.
- 5/7 years’ experience in manufacturing industry and previously working for an Audit or Consulting firm with exposure to industrial companies.
- Excellent organization and administration skills.
- Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking.
- Goal oriented.
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
