  • Perform reliability analysis, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to identify potential failure modes, their causes, and their impacts on system performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential safety risks associated with MIURA 5 launch vehicle operation and subsystem testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, systems engineers, and quality engineers, to incorporate RAMS requirements into the design and development process.
  • Establish and maintain RAMS documentation, including reliability and safety standards, procedures, guidelines, and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement reliability and safety enhancements.
  • Participate in verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with RAMS requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and certification agencies, to ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and expertise in RAMS-related matters to project teams, management, and customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements, best practices, and emerging trends in RAMS engineering, applying them to enhance the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety MIURA 5 program.
  • Performing all required Project Safety activities such as safety analysis, production of safety submission documents.
  • Performing trade-offs and redundancy optimization studies.
  • Generate documentation for formal program development reviews.
