Description
As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of assembly lines, tools, preparation of technical documentation, selection of materials, preparation of assembly process, control of suppliers and management of tooling maintenance.
Responsabilities
Design and analysis of mounting bleachers, welding tools, drilling templates, etc for integration of rockets sections.
Preparation and elaboration of technical documentation and design specifications for specific toolings for rocket sections assembly
Materials selection to apply new procedures.
Analysis and preparation of assembly process, work orders, installation practices and procedure.
Management of tooling maintenance.
Compliance with legal requirements.
Control and management of tooling budget.
Control and management of suppliers.
Required Competences
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
3-year experience in the functions described.
Advanced knowledge in manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge in assembly processes, welding and installation of metal structures and composite material.
Knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerances.
Knowledge of ISO regulations and ASNE standards.
Knowledge and selection of components and equipments.
Knowledge in CAD design.
Autonomy.
Speaking and written english.
Stress tolerance.
Multitasking.
Desired Competences
Previous experience in aeronautical sector will be valued.
