Description

Responsible for the entire HR area. The objective for the role will be improving the productive contribution of human resources to the organization, through the planning, organization and control of the technical and administrative processes of the working life cycle of human resources in the company. 

Responsibilities

  • Align company objectives at all levels of the team.  

  • Develop the process of training, compensation, evaluation and development of people and careers. 

  • Promote and develop the business culture. 

  • Carry out the process of selection of people, attraction and alignment with the business, adding value to it. 

  • Manage the hiring of personnel.  

  • Design and/or implement policies and procedures of the different areas of HR with the previous analysis of the business objectives with General Management, as well as of the corporate culture and corporate procedures such as: creating and implementing all types of policies and procedures for internal Talent management and selection processes, elaborating development plans, designing the company’s welcome plan and coordinating a performance evaluation system, a system intrinsically linked to the company’s compensation system... 

  • Coordination with labor administration.  

  • Manage organization chart. 

  • Manage RnD certificates. 

  • Manage external agencies and suppliers.  

  • Manage personnel budget. 


Required Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree  

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources 

  • At least 8 years of experience in the functions described. 

  • Strategy of selection and attraction of talent.  

  • Remuneration policy. 

  • Talent development plans. 

  • Labor Law
