[P37] HR Generalist

Assist in the recruitment across all departments of the organization, and participate in all the projects that are focused to employee’s experience.


Manages employee lifecycle from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, exit interviews, and processing terminations.

Full cycle recruitment management.

Assistance in payroll to the employees. Work with our payroll provider to make improvements, edits, and upkeep of software.

Assistance in time records, holidays, work leaves etc.

Support in Talent and Development area:  Search, Track and implementation of required trainings.

Support in performance appraisal.

Consults with management and team members, providing HR guidance on processes and policies when appropriate.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of teammates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee relations, disciplinary actions).

Works closely with management and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Maintain employee benefits and guide employees through open enrollment.
