Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports tracking supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery times, cost, and reliability.
  • Data Analysis: Employ advanced analytical techniques to discern trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within supplier data.
  • Benchmark Establishment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance benchmarks and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Action Plan Implementation: Develop and execute action plans aimed at addressing performance issues and seizing improvement opportunities, fostering proactive solutions.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Foster effective communication with suppliers, clearly articulating performance expectations, and partnering on corrective actions to enhance performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess the progress of supplier improvement initiatives, ensuring their efficacy.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to management.
  • Customized Reporting: Develop and tailor various reports according to departmental and cross-functional needs, ensuring actionable insights.
  • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in supplier management, integrating relevant advancements into our processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, providing insights into supplier performance and strategic recommendations.

Required knowledge

  • Language: Excellent language skills in Spanish is mandatory (C1), both verbally and in writing, B2/C1 in English.
  • Education: University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven Expertise: Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in supply chain management, supplier performance analysis, data nalysis or a related role within the industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficient in data analysis tools and software with a strong aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • Certifications/Courses: (If applicable) Possession of relevant supply chain certifications or completed courses.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, where applicable.
  • Supply Chain Know-How: Knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement processes, and quality management.
