Description
Support employees in travel management.
Responsibilities
Provides travel management support to employees.
Vehicle fleet management.
Support to the Facility Management team.
Management and organization of trips. Reservation of accommodation, transportation. Coordination of company vehicles.
Creation of travel and rental car POs.
Provides travel management support to employees.

Creation of travel and rental car POs.
Required Knowledge
2+ years of experience as travel assistant.
English spoken and written, ideally also French.
Knowledge of business travel management.
Basic adminstration knowledge.
