Description

Support employees in travel management.

Responsibilities

  • Provides travel management support to employees. 

  • Vehicle fleet management.

  • Support to the Facility Management team.
  • Management and organization of trips. Reservation of accommodation, transportation. Coordination of company vehicles.
  • Creation of travel and rental car POs.


Required Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience as travel assistant.
  • English spoken and written, ideally also French.
  • Knowledge of business travel management. 

  • Basic adminstration knowledge.
