- Data-Driven Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports tracking supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery times, cost, and reliability.
- Data Analysis: Employ advanced analytical techniques to discern trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within supplier data.
- Benchmark Establishment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance benchmarks and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, providing insights into supplier performance and strategic recommendations.
- Language: Excellent language skills in Spanish is mandatory (C1), both verbally and in writing, B2/C1 in English.
- Education: University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven Expertise: Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in supply chain management, supplier performance analysis, data nalysis or a related role within the industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Competency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP systems.
- Analytical Prowess: Proficient in data analysis tools and software with a strong aptitude for analytical thinking.
- Certifications/Courses: (If applicable) Possession of relevant supply chain certifications or completed courses.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, where applicable.
- Supply Chain Know-How: Knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement processes, and quality management.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive collaborations with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, enabling the identification of trends and data-driven decision-making.
