Description
Responsible for the management and delivery of construction projects. To plan construction activities, supervise the installation of structural elements and inspect the building upon completion.
Responsabilities
Design and calculation of structural elements.
Monitoring and control of the correct execution of existing facilities in the work.
Minimum experience in a construction or facilities company of 3 years, performing tasks related to the position of production manager.
Construction management, contracting, measurements, valuations, subcontractor management, economic planning and construction management.
Oversee construction contracts with subcontractors in multiple disciplines.
Manage multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
Interact with other engineers, contractors, manufacturers and stakeholders.
Able to provide direct on-site observations and resolve conflicts in real time.
Required Knowledge
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Technical Architecture or similar.
>3 years of experience.
Experience creating structural detail drawings in AUTOCAD, NX or similar.
Experience in 3D conceptual creation and rendering (SketchUp…)
Knowledge of analysis design programs, CYPE or similar
Understanding of other disciplines: mechanical, electrical, geotechnical
Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop and manufacturing drawings.

Required competences
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, dealing with situations that are constrained by time and managing different tasks at the same time.
Able to work autonomously with little supervision.

Location: Elche.
Working hours: full time.
Trips: Teruel, Huelva and French Guiana.
