Mission 

As an Investor Relations Back Office, your main mission within the Investors Relations area will be to create, maintain and review the internal documentation and processes of the Investors Relations area. Working and delivering high-quality digital materials in collaboration with the Marketing team will take up most of your time.


It will also be part of your job to help in everything that is necessary to help the front-office team. Tasks such as preparing meetings, agendas, organizing visits and events, keeping the CRM, Data Room, etc. updated will be part of your job.


All of this while maintaining an excellent relationship with the rest of the company's areas such as Engineering, Finance or Program


Responsibilities 

  • Create, review and maintain company marketing materials such as the Business Plan, Investors Deck, custom presentations, etc.
  • Manage and maintain PLD Space Data Rooms to share information with external parties.
  • Review and prepare meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Develop, use and maintain PLD Space's CRM for investors.
  • Organize and prepare meetings and visits with current and potential investors coordinated with the rest of the area.
  • Report to the C-Level on the status of each investment opportunity.
  • Support the CBDO and CFO in preparing meetings and contracts.
  • Point of contact with finance for the development of the business model.
  • Support in the development of PLD Space's fundraising strategy.
  • Support in the financial modeling of the business and valuations.
  • Everything that is necessary to meet the objectives of the area.


Necessary Requirements 

  • Advanced level of Excel and Power Point
  • Design skills with these tools
  • Experience in Business Development in general.
  • Professional level English.
  • Advanced level of office package.
  • Effective communication.
  • Digital skills and work with EPRs and CRMs
  • Business intelligence skills (searching for information on and off the internet)
  • Profiles with between 2 and 5 years of experience


Desired Requirements

  • Other languages ​​such as French, Italian, Chinese, German
  • Knowledge of the space sector 
  • Knowledge of the space/launchers sector 
  • Training in business school or similar
