Mission
As Data Controller your main mission within the area will be to support to the different tasks assigned to the Configuration and Documentation department, with special emphasis on Numerical Data management on the Project data base.
Responsibilities
- Management of documents with numerical data (generation, data request, validation process…)
- Populate the System Reference Database with numerical data
- Keep consistency of the System Reference Database and establish baselines according to project needs
- Enhances the effectiveness of database tools, helps build the structure and improvement of the database, ensuring the scalability and performance of existing structures.
- Support to Configuration Management tasks (preparation of Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and associated configuration committees)
- Support to Documentation Management tasks (conformity checks to documents, signature loops, preparation of datapacks/dispatch notes…)
- Elaborate documentation templates for technical and other type of documents.
- Ensures security of system and integrity of master documents by implementing document and system access rights and revision controls.
- Ensures company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
- Maintains current knowledge of best practices and developments in document management technologies and techniques through participation in Program Review meetings.
Necessary Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of related experience required.
- Microsoft Office advanced level.
- Knowledge of collaborative working tools.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in technical and programmatic areas.
- Experience in interfacing with big teams.
- Proactive, team player, organized and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and rigorous with the norms and guidelines established.
- Advanced level in English.
- Hard work and availability.
Desired Requirements
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in data and configuration management (ECSS, ISO 9001, ISO10007).
- Knowledge of database tools.
- Experience in the space sector.
