Mission 

The Software Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating, designing, and implementing software solutions to meet our business needs.

Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze software requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements and create detailed specifications. Evaluate existing software systems to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability. 

Responsabilities

  • Provide technical guidance and continuous advice to the team.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate in the design and documentation of the architecture for new applications and functionalities.
  • Solve complex technical problems and support the implementation of new technologies.
  • Collaborate in the planning and management of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. 

Required Knowledge

  • Knowledge of development processes, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). 
  • Proficiency in languages like C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze software requirements.
  • Techniques for data and process modeling, such as UML and BPMN diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Understanding of secure development practices (OWASP).
  • Basic knowledge of cryptography and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and precise technical documentation.
  • Skills to communicate findings and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Knowledge

  • Proficiency with PLM software (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill…).
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Experience in integrating PLM systems with other enterprise software (ERP, MES…)
  • Experience in API rest integrations
  • Knowledge of aerospace, mechanical, and industrial engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban…)
  • Proficiency in Jira or other Project Management Software. 

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Information Technology / Software Engineering / Industrial Engineering.)
  • Experience as Software Analyst, Developer or Project Management
  • Fluent English
